1. Definitions

• RENTEE, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the RENTEE platform.
• User, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using the Platform.
• Fleet Partner refers to third-party vehicle providers.
• Lease refers to long-term vehicle leasing up to 36 months.
• Rental refers to long-term rental from one month up to one year.

2. Platform Role

• RENTEE acts as a digital marketplace and intermediary between users and fleet partners.
• RENTEE does not own, operate, or maintain the vehicles unless explicitly stated.
• Vehicle availability, pricing, insurance coverage, condition, and delivery are the responsibility of fleet partners.

3. Eligibility

To use RENTEE, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Saudi National ID or Iqama
• Have a valid driving license recognized in Saudi Arabia
• For tourists: only rental services are available

We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account that does not meet eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access RENTEE services. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activities under your account

RENTEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Identity Verification

Users may be required to upload:

• Saudi National ID or Iqama
• Driving license
• Additional verification documents

Failure to provide valid documents may result in account suspension or cancellation of bookings.

6. Services Offered

RENTEE provides:

• Vehicle search and comparison
• Booking management
• Lease and rental facilitation
• Contract coordination
• Customer account management
• Vehicle switching options (subject to availability)

7. Payments

• Leasing can extend up to 36 months
• Monthly installments are fixed based on the agreement
• Users may request vehicle changes during the lease
• After completing the maximum lease period, users may have the option to purchase the vehicle

Ownership transfer is subject to separate agreements and partner approval.

8. Leasing Terms

RENTEE does not directly process payments. Payments are handled via third-party gateways chosen based high quality of safe handling of transaction.

RENTEE is not responsible for:

• Payment processing errors
• Gateway downtime
• Banking delays

9. Rental Terms

• Rentals range from 1 month to 12 months
• Tourists may only use rental services
• Rental extensions are subject to approval

10. Cancellations

Users may cancel their booking before receiving the vehicle. Once the vehicle is delivered, cancellation policies depend on the partner’s terms.

Fees may apply.

11. Insurance

12. Vehicle Usage

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle legally and responsibly
• Not misuse, sublease, or modify the vehicle
• Follow all Saudi traffic laws

Any fines, penalties, or damages are your responsibility.

13. Location Tracking

RENTEE may use GPS and location tracking for:

• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Vehicle recovery
• Service optimization

By using the Platform, you consent to location tracking.

14. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

RENTEE is not liable for:

• Vehicle defects
• Accidents
• Delays
• Fleet partner actions
• Financial losses

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law.

16. Termination

RENTEE may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Misuse
• False information
• Breach of Terms

17. Modifications

RENTEE may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
